Return Process

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at support@lindalondon.co.uk. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Refund Process

Once returned items are inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days. No restocking fees apply.

Exchanges

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before processing by emailing support@lindalondon.co.uk. Once prepared for shipping, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
