Order Handling
After you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know we've started processing it. Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Once shipped, you’ll receive another email with your tracking link. Deliveries within the UK generally arrive within 3–7 business days.
Possible Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived after the full processing and shipping timeframe, please allow an additional 2 working days before reaching out. You can track your parcel using the code provided. Should your order still be missing, get in touch with us at support@lindalondon.co.uk.
Cancelling an Order
If you’d like to cancel, contact us as quickly as possible at support@lindalondon.co.uk. We can only cancel orders that haven’t yet entered the processing stage.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please email us with photos of the issue at support@lindalondon.co.uk. Our team will review your case and arrange for a replacement or the correct item to be sent right away.
